I wrote the phrases in purple and Rajani wrote the phrases black.
The quilt illustration by Vrinda Zaveri and the duvet design by David Curtis for Mirror to reflect is totally lovely and displays so many points of the story. The totally different personalities of the 2 essential characters come to the fore, as do the weather of nature (together with “twin” maple seeds!) and music.
Mirror to reflect tells the story by Maya and Chaya, equivalent twins who love music virtually as a lot as they love one another. However Maya has a secret that eats her up, and when Chaya tries to inform their mother and father about it, Maya shuts her out. To stress her sister, Chaya modifications every thing about herself: the best way she seems and the music she performs. However this solely drives the ladies additional aside.

Whereas I used to be engaged on this guide, I felt Maya and Chaya come alive, and I cherished writing about these characters and their particular bond, which is powerful even when the ladies really feel divided.
